Transparency in Monetary Transactions and Absence of Political Motives As we move forward in our mission to serve our community and achieve our organizational goals following memorandum outlines the guidelines regarding monetary transactions within our NGO, with a specific emphasis on ensuring transparency and the absence of political motives.
Monetary Transactions
- All monetary transactions involving our NGO must be conducted through the official NGO account. This includes but is not limited to donations, expenditures, grants, and any other financial activities.
- No cash transactions are permitted. All funds must be deposited directly into the NGO’s designated bank account.
- Receipts, invoices, and other relevant documentation must be maintained for all financial transactions for auditing and accountability purposes.
Transparency
- Transparency is paramount in all our financial dealings. Any member or stakeholder of the NGO has the right to access information regarding financial transactions, provided it does not compromise the privacy or security of individuals or organizations.
